Last year Google Launched Hangouts with intention to preview certain hangout features, however, what was missing was an enhancement in productivity which is now complete as Google Docs Integraition is not incorporated with Google Plus.Google Docs integration was one such extra, and the Google+ community has used it for all sorts of awesome — from trip planning and lecture notes to doodling and charades.

Hangouts might be the biggest plus to Google’s attempt at social networking. In the beginning it was just for video chatting with a few of your friends, but then you could watch Youtube videos for some added fun. Interestingly, While video chatting with your co-workers or buddies or corporate dealings, you can all work on a document at the same time.
